Lance Armstrong was born on September 18, 1971 in Plano Texas. When he was only the age of thirteen he won an iron kids triathlon. When he was only sixteen he became a professional cyclist. In 1999 he declared the the athlete of the year. In 1999 he also got his first victory at the tour de France and kept winning for 7 consecutive times. Lance Armstrong was the second American to win the Tour de France. If I could ask Lance Armstrong a question I would ask what kind of training did you do to prepare for the our Tour De France.
